  • What do I do if I forget my password?

    You can reset your password on the Login page. Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. Enter the email address you use to sign in to your online account and click Submit. If the email address you entered is in our records, we will email you a link to reset your password.

  • Is parking available?

    Due to the variety of parkings available within our network, it is best to contact the local centre team to find our about availability and price.

  • Do all locations have internet access?

    Business lounges, day offices and meeting rooms all have business-grade internet access. For a permanent connection we have an extensive range of options to suit your requirements. Your centre team will be able to assist you further.  

  • What are the opening hours of business centres?

    Our business centres are generally open during business hours of 8.30am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday. However, some locations are open in line with local business customs. You can look up any centre and get their local hours of operations through your online account.

  • How do I locate centres with a business lounge?

    Simply log into your online account, go to the Find section and enter the location of your choice. Then click on the Filter menu next to the location field and select Business Lounge. Click apply; the results will include IWG locations with business lounges.

  • What other services are available in a centre?

    All our centres provide administrative support, access to printers and scan/copiers. Kitchen amenities are also provided. Payment for additional services is required upon check out using a payment card. Please check out at reception at the end of your visit.
