You may have multiple accounts in your online account, if you have various products or offices at different locations.
To ensure your printing, copying or scanning is billed to the correct account, you should ensure you are using the correct WorldKey PIN, as shown below.
STEP ONE: In your online account, switch to the account you want your printing to be billed to.
- Simply click the dropdown in the top right corner and select the preferred account:
STEP TWO: Go to ‘Quick Access‘ and you will find the WorldKey PIN associated to that specific account.
You will notice that there are different WorldKey PINs for each of your accounts. Each PIN will bill to the default payment method associated with that account (or if there is no default method set up, then an invoice will be sent to their registered email address).
To check the default payment method for an account, in your online account go to Account > Billing and payments > Manage payment methods and select the ‘Default payment preferences‘ tab.
