Key contacts are used to highlight important people at your company we communicate with. There are different types of key contacts:
Primary contact: this is the person we send all communications to.
Invoice contact – Primary: this is the person we send invoices to.
Invoice contact – Secondary: this is a secondary person we send invoices to.
Accounts payable contact: this is the person we contact for payments or debt-related topics.
You can choose one person per key contact role, but the same person can have more than one role.
Key contacts are also administrators for your company in the portal.
