What is a key contact?

Key contacts are used to highlight important people at your company we communicate with. There are different types of key contacts:​

Primary contact: this is the person we send all communications to.​
Invoice contact – Primary: this is the person we send invoices to.​
Invoice contact – Secondary: this is a secondary person we send invoices to.​
Accounts payable contact: this is the person we contact for payments or debt-related topics.​

You can choose one person per key contact role, but the same person can have more than one role.​
Key contacts are also administrators for your company in the portal.

To manage your key contacts, please go to Team > Key contacts.
