What is included in my call answering package?

You get a dedicated local telephone number, 3 named contacts and calls answered in your company name by our professional staff who will either put the call through to you or divert the call to voicemail. We agree how calls are handled after you sign up.
Additionally, you can pay for our premium call answering package where calls are answered in your company greeting and the caller’s name and reason for calling is taken before your receptionist contacts you and asks if the call should be put through. If you decide not to take the call, your receptionist will take a note from the customer and pass this onto you. This is an additional monthly cost which your centre team can advise on.
