This may be because you have multiple products with us, meaning that you have a separate account for each (e.g. an Office account and a Membership account).
Each of your accounts have a unique WorldKey PIN, allowing you to have your printing billed to the account of your choice; whether it’s charged to the company account or to your personal payment details.
To make sure you are billed to the correct account, take the following steps when you are ready to print:
